This project is located in the North Malé Atoll in the Maldives, with our scope of work focused on the complete refurbishment and renovation of 56 existing villas (16 Water Villas and 40 Beach Villas). Our responsibility includes the demolition of existing structures, superstructure reconstruction, and all associated civil works. This encompasses structural frameworks, internal and external finishes, MEP infrastructure upgrades, new swimming pools, and FFE installation.
